Dude I have the same problem as you. I’m 14 and I’m not exactly really fat, but i have man boobs and I’m incredibly unfit.

Get rig of man boobs – cardio, weight routine, good diet ie cutting out the after school nachos. Eat less fat! More veg., more fruit and lean protein.Start with your diet – always eat your breakfast and stick with a regular cardio/weight routine.

Besides working the upper chest with free weights try doing a shit load of pushups in different ways. Also don’t forget to build big shoulders. If you have a big chest you will look much more proportionate with big shoulders.( Imagine a guy or a girl with big boobs and small shoulders…..lol) Its all about symetry.

If your going to do push ups, you should work your upper chest by elevating your lower body… I would put your feet up on a couch, or bench, and hang off of it with your hands on the ground (that’s what I do and I put bricks under my hands for deeper push ups).
I made the mistake of doing tons of push ups leaning up against my bathroom counter when I was younger and it built up my lower chest too much, now I’m mainly doing upper chest.
