Do 25, then rest for like 60 seconds, then do another 25, etc.. Until you complete the 4 sets.

like bob said, getting tighter and much more toner looking abs, (I assume you want a six pack or an 8 pack) Requires a healthy diet, you can have some pretty freakishly strong abs and still look like some fat ass who has an alcohol problem. It’s important to know what to eat and have a very high cardio plan if you want tighter abs. Hope this helps
