Udo’s oil by Udo Erasmus. It has flax seed oil in it. Udo has his own site or some health food stores have it. Also, many regular food stores sell other brands of flax seed oil.

I used to eat a lot of ground flaxseeds and flaxseed oil a few years ago until I heard of the possible estrogen-like effects of the lignans (a type of phytoestrogen) in flaxseeds. Lignans are not in some flaxseed oil, therefore flaxseed oil in moderation seems to be alright for someone lifting weights to gain muscle. I just saw this and wanted to point it out that if you’re going to don’t use ground flaxseeds, instead use non-LIGNAN flaxseed oil like the man Sean says here.

what creatine mono is that you using? in the video..

NalewanyjFitness said in September 6th, 2009 at 11:47 pm

The first is Udo’s oil and the second is fish oil. You can find these at virtually any supplement store.

NalewanyjFitness said in September 6th, 2009 at 11:48 pm

Allmax. I don’t pay too much attention to the specific creatine brands though – I’ve used Prolab, Optimum, AST and others in the past.

The mocha flavour is amazing too.

N02 has basically been debunked and I would not recommend wasting your money on any of those products.

You are the first supplement man to actually speak the truth. Muscle building is not done with supplements, it is sped up and aided with certain supplements. The market is such a joke. I shake my head everytime I’m in GNC with all the bull crap they have.

awesome video. one of the very few people who know what they are talking about. i would add that drinking a protein shake in the morning and immediately post work out are the more important times.

ramy060 said in September 12th, 2009 at 10:23 pm

really? interesting do you have the inside on this because id really love to check that out as i do take preworkouts supps myself. just on a note with creatine what do you think about the different types of creatine and their effects any extra benefits of the spend or is it best to stick to a plain monohydrate. eg ethyl ester creatine. what do you think in terms of their absorption and how they work which would you recommend regardless of bang for buck.

NalewanyjFitness said in September 23rd, 2009 at 6:41 am

I used to work at a GNC when I was in my late teens… Really opened my eyes to the insanity that is the supplement industry.

hi, i feel dizzy sometimes when performing push ups, is it normal?? thanks

Skonmonke said in September 28th, 2009 at 10:07 pm

Take protein to replace some meals during the day or to add protein to your meals with not enough. Take protein after your workout with carbs to lower cortisol levels (stress hormone). Take half a serving of creatine pre workout and half a serving post workout. On non workout days take a full serving on an empty stomach and before weight training make sure you load up on creatine for five days before hand to coat your muscles in it.

ronnieisboss said in October 7th, 2009 at 6:21 pm

im 14 too.i want to know the same thing as cosmicent1

suicidalmink said in October 7th, 2009 at 9:30 pm

Hey ronnie and cosmic, . if you are just starting out i suggest that you just lift without any supplements at all to get your body used to the stress you’re puttting it through and after a couple weeks start taking a protein shake or mass gainer about 30 minutes after every workout. after a couple weeks on protien you might want to try cell volumizers to enhance your lifting volumizer comes in powder form like protein shakes and should be taken about 15-25minutes before a workout

suicidalmink said in October 7th, 2009 at 9:34 pm

Also, stay away from creatine because it can have some adverse side effects if your body is not fully developed. (this is what i heard anyway so i don’t take it just to be safe)

U need to provide your height and weight, also at your high school find a coach and ask if they got a caliper to measure your body fat. Once you provide those numbers I can help u.
