I’m taking Kre-Alkalyn 1500 creatine capsules. Is that sufficient. Is Creatien Monohydrate different?

GLUTAMINE ???
BCAA ?? (I know there is in whey isolat but you need isoleucine leucine and valine more than in the whey man ….)
DEXTROSE ????

CREATINEMONOHYDRATE BE CAREFUL TO GAIN WATER …

take creatine ethyl ester it is better than monohydrate as it increases muscle mass faster and has no water bloating.

Pretty good advice, regarding the multi-vitamin, far better to take one that is food based for better absorption by the body

So are raw eggs still recomended? i’ve always had 2 after a workout.

kink911 said in February 12th, 2009 at 6:12 am

mono is cheaper …

misterchuckle said in February 15th, 2009 at 8:01 am

Creatine ethyl ester is harder on the kidneys than monohydrate. Monohydrate has been proven to work in hundreds of tests, the same can’t be said for CEE. Basically they will all work, CEE was just marketed to keep the creatine marketing alive but it works just fine. CEE will also give water bloating it’s just another marketing thing.

apparantly more then 7 eggs a week is bad for males, i cant remember why but ive read a study.

JaredLP78 said in February 22nd, 2009 at 12:39 am

Thanks but i already looked it, i guess theyre really just fattening and dont even have that much protein.

streetfightermatt said in February 22nd, 2009 at 12:57 am

they’re still good for you, i just wouldn’t be eating like 6 a day or whatnot…

reevo9 said in June 13th, 2009 at 12:51 pm

athletes only need a maximum of 1.8 rams of protein per kg of bodyweight. the average person training weights would only need about 1.4 per kg of bodyweight. if you eat more protein than that your body will piss it out and when it passses through your organs it can actually be quite toxic. so if you weigh 80kg and train weights 5days pw at about a hour at a time you will only need between about 100 to 150g of protein per day max, if you get more than this its no use.

Anarkiados said in August 13th, 2009 at 4:23 pm

You won’t piss it out; it’ll turn into fat.

reevo9 said in August 14th, 2009 at 8:24 am

it may store as fat, and yes excess protein can be pissed out. depending on how much excess there is depends on how much will store as fat and how much will be disposed of by the body

I consume 49-56 (70g) eggs per week every week.
7-8 a day including 3 yolks plus 1 cup of oatmeal/blueberries/cinnamin.
That’s my daily bulking breakfast and it works well.

petestrat07 said in October 29th, 2009 at 6:19 am

I also use BCAA’s in 350g of cottage cheese with Nat peanut butter just before bed.
