		<description>I&#039;m well aware, and I wasn&#039;t saying it as an excuse, I guess I worded it wrong. I meant it is difficult for me to gain weight because of my fast metabolism, but it is still possible for me to gain muscle if I learn to eat a lot.</description>

		<description>Get a body fat caliper and follow the instructions. Either that or have it professionally done by a personal trainer with electrodes. Mine is actually 22.6%, so I&#039;ll have to lose some as well, even though I cannot gain much weight because I am ectomorphic.</description>
