REALLY Appreciate the video man, one thing that throw me off was the 6min cooking time , Really? Your microwave must be really good , because mine takes for ever on max, but anyways, a real good vid, just as important as the exercises

because i was giving an example.. i squat 385lbs, can do over 40 pullups (slow and proper), can clean 265lbs, and have a bodyfat percentage of 7.4 :) … are you happy now???

because people think that if they are able to bench a high weight it must mean that they are uber strong at everything, at least thats what iv found in my experience with people like that

right on jeff, nice video again! i see you had popcorn at the end. you got any other healthy snacks like that that you could share with us?? i love to snack but never know what to eat other then maybe a can of oysters with hot sauce or a regular protein bar.. 5 stars anyways! take care and dont tear that rotator cuff haha

2 hours a day???? isn’t that overtraining buddy? 240 gram? is reasonable i don’t even need that much and i’m still growing… i use to be skinny by the way… i think the protein ratio thing is made up of bodybuilder that are on steroid…. plus you won’t lose muscle every 3 hour without eating…. thats ridiculous….

Elite athletes train up too three hours a day, so no two hours is not over training.

i know but people like me more than 1 hour cortisol will kick in already… i don’t have good genetic… so i did build my body in the gym for only 45 minute…. like i say each individual is different…. but it scares me 2 hour????? wow…. my friend he uses steroid and tell me steroid will help you wheater is 3 or 4 hour of training is fine with steroid…. but no steroid it’s scary to train for several hours…. plus i told him to get off of the steroid he’s angry lately without no reason?

I’m a girl and I train as hard as most guys, three hours a day. I don’t take any supplements except sometimes a whey protein shake once and a while. I also stretch one hour per day.

Yeah you see sweety by due respect for you…. Guys like us have higher nuscle building testosterone like getting bigger than women. I’m not talking about the stupid aggressive tesosterone that is for insecure wimps that have to p;rove that they are tough. But anyway I’m talking about us guys since we are made to be bigger we if we want mass we have to train smart and short. But see women is all about the tone.. So 3 hours is nothing to worry about for women toning. Keep up the good work. peace.
