i think i’m on track. i use kre-akaline for the creatine. use cell mass (some powder in a red bottle). use that for recovery. I think it has l-glutamine. i bought some omega-3 fatty acids but wasn’t sure if it helped. also bought some vitamin c… wasn’t sure if that helped either.

so it’s good that you guys covered this because now i know i’m on the right track.

thanks rich!

ya Diet is essential especially in a workout its EXTREMLEY important you don’t eaet any junk food or any bad foods. I dont think the creatine is necessary but try whey protein powder in the morning it boosts your day up and gives you the proteins you need and its natural to. Creatine is OKAY but not recommended. Vitamin c and omega 3 fatty acids are excellent. good video boys hope we see results soon:P

If you get the chance i recommend muscle milk. Ive found it to work great for hard gainers. diet, omega 3, a daily vitamin and great work out is all you should need. creatine isnt the best though. its known to weaken bones and create a plateau affect in your workout among other problems. good luck with everything.

Don’t forget about a mens multivitamin, preferably one with vitamins D, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, and folic acid. I agree with milkeygspot on the whey protien (muscle milk), its a great product. Keep in mind different stuff differs per person, so keep doing your research. Good luck guys.

Hey DK,

Glad to see you’re on the right track with the supplements. Something I didn’t include in the video was to make sure you have a good multi-vitamin, I also take Calcium tablets as well (can’t go wrong with strong healthy bones).

Just remember, your diet plan, recovery plan and workout plan = 90% of your results while supplements = the other 10% of your results.

How much weight did you put on since you began your challenge?

Building muscle is always about MIND and BODY, in terms of strength training it is important to take it easy on your supps.

What proper medical journal provided those statistics?

As a personal trainer that suffers from extreme creatinine levels, my organs are constantly working harder due to it eventhough my muscle gains are 3x’s faster than the average person. Before you take any supp. make sure you have a blood test and contact a professional in order to confirm…

G’luck with your training (remember, sleep and diet are the most important aspects to the strength of your immune system)
