which muscle groups does this work out effect mostly??? please respond Vince.. great videos by the way.. I’m doing the 3 day workout, you showed us a while back.. and the results are showing after 1 and half month of training with that work out.. but I’m a skinny guy so it’s not that imressive but got ripped and the difference is noticeable..
