- Try to include low-glycemic carbohydrates with your protein. If you are consuming nothing but protein, you are doing mistake that some newbie bodybuilders make, you will find that you aren’t building muscle. A well balanced diet is also essential. Therefore use carbohydrates as body fuel and protein for building muscle. Drink plenty of water in order to boost your metabolism which helps lose fat build muscle.
-Try to drink soy milk after workout or eat meal which is rich in protein immediately after your workouts. This meal should be eaten within 60 to 90 minutes of finishing your workout. Not only does this help your muscles to grow bigger, faster, it also helps them to burn fat heal faster.
