I take the 1 a day women’s vitamin with green tea. The Fish, Flax & Borage supplement is really really really good! It’s good for skin, hair growth, nails, also it’s really good for ppl who has cholestorel & or high blood pressure, pretty much everything u talked about in this video & more. You can get it from Walgreens! U really will c great results if u drink lots of water like u mentioned, excercise regularly, & eat properly.

You are taking way too many supplements. If you are taking the One a Day supplement, there is absolsutely no need for the B complex supplements. You actually may be doing harm to your body, when you take supplements your body absorbs everything, which could potentially lead to a toxicity. Whereas if you just worry about eating a diet consisiting of the vitamins you need, there would be no need to worry, or waste money on all these pills.

Nice head wrap empress.

Egoddess21 said in April 19th, 2009 at 6:35 pm

It’s okay for her to take the B complex supplements because there water soluable. Whatever your body doesn’t absorb it expells it through your urine. And I believe she mentioned she consulted with her doctor and her mother (who is a doctor also) b4 taking the vitamins. I’m pretty sure they would have told her she’s overdoing it.

HeyYAsay said in April 19th, 2009 at 10:33 pm

Oh really? I am pretty sure that any vitamin taken in excess had side effects. Anything put into your body has some sort of reaction, no matter if it is water soluable or not. B1 I believe is a cause of High Blood Pressure, B5-kidney stones, B 3 or 4-Pellagra. Every single B vitamin has a possibility of overdose/negative side effects. I am sure there are plenty of websites out there with clear information. SO, pretty sure you might want to research something before you comment. :-)

Get a life!

HeyYAsay said in April 20th, 2009 at 9:38 pm

Oh you mean one that requires having an actual education and knowledge about any specific matter in life? Already got it, thanks though! Good comeback, by the way–just proves you know nothing, have nothing to say.

aipyor said in May 30th, 2009 at 1:34 am

thank you so much for all the info. i must ask you, how long did it take for you to notice a difference once you started…

Kstephe1 said in May 30th, 2009 at 10:13 pm

Actually, just to let you know the supplements she is taking are water soluable with means the body will take what it needs and send the excess out the body through urine……

Kstephe1 said in May 30th, 2009 at 10:21 pm

you can’t actually OD on something that is water soluable unless your body is not working sufficiently….which could be caused by other unfined health issues….just wanted to inform you because I am an ACS Certified Chemist….

AtlantaAngel84 said in June 18th, 2009 at 7:50 am

Yeah taken in excess, most people don’t take so much of a supplement that they reach toxicity levels.

o cool same r u?

MBT1981 said in June 29th, 2009 at 11:50 pm

Sweetie, thats too many vitamins. Your body will not absorb it all. 2000 mg of vitamin C will do nothing for you.

Nothing will beat a good diet with fruits and vegetables and water. I take flaxseed oil and biotin thats it.

Also Biotin in excess is not good for your heart; new research says in can produce water around your heart. Be careful. You do not need all those vitamins.
