		<description>My mornings start with wheatgerm, peanut butter on rye, an orange and a banana.  I than begin taking my vitamins. By 3:00pm. I start my creatine pill and drink. I`m at the gym by 6pm and spend 1:45-2hrs pumping. I burn off alot of fat and have gotten some excellent results doing it this way. before i go to bed, i take a glutamine pill which does wonders...</description>
