Better mind and muscle connection- If you want to train the muscles properly you should establish a proper connection between your mind and your muscles. When you connect the body and the mind you will be able to reduce the chances of getting injuries during training. Apart from helping you reduce injuries when you establish a connection between the body and the mind you will be able to achieve fast muscle development.
Motor-neuron and muscle fiber engagement- If you want to stimulate the growth of many muscles at the same time, you need to avoid using isolation movements in your training. You need to apply compound movement training techniques in your bodybuilding program so that you can be able to achieve fast muscle development. You should ensure that the movements are slow and precise so that you can be able to achieve the desired end result in terms of muscle development.
