Never in a million years…his son hasn’t got his genes.

cocheese7641 said in January 18th, 2010 at 8:22 pm

Pure bullshit! His son hasn’t won anything major. When and IF Jr. he wins the Olympia, then start talking. Otherwise, get real

Let’s put aside all the factors that you mentioned, or let’s say that a person does his absolute best to adhere to all the factors nutrition etc, whichever way you look at it, in the end it still comes down to how well you respond to the Steroids & intense training, it’s these two factors that count the most. IMO that’s the edge that make the difference. Arnold, Vic Richard, and a whole lot of them were hyper responders to these two factors, by virtue of having been gifted with the right genes.

Your writing is as bad as your lack of knowledge about bodybuilders. Get your head out of your ass DUMBOslice6666!

@Peter9761

Well, if he hasn’t got his Dad’s genes, that means Sergio isn’t his Dad, you ass hole, lmao. Of course he’s got his Dad’s genes, you always get your parents genes, what a dumb ass.

thebluemidget1 said in January 25th, 2010 at 12:53 pm

@lazur1

I’ve been reading some old comments on here about degrees and who can bend and flex their arms beyond 90 degrees. I guess none of you guys understand basic geometry, because if you did you would know that once you pull your forearms towards your biceps, the angle becomes LESS than 90 degrees, not more.

Where have you people been getting your information from? Bodybuilding magazines?

lazur1 said in January 25th, 2010 at 8:11 pm

I was referring to: A/ Degrees of travel of his forearm, (or degrees of change in the angle of his upper arm & forearm, if you prefer), NOT: B/ The inner-angle created as a result. As ‘A’ increases ‘B’ decreases.

lazur1 said in January 26th, 2010 at 1:52 pm

Semantics. (There’s nothing wrong w/correcting language, but surely you understand what was meant.) Jr. didn’t receive -the- genes for his physique to be as good or better than Sr. Yes, -whatever- genes he -did- receive are from his mom & dad.

thebluemidget1 said in January 26th, 2010 at 2:04 pm

@lazur1

Yes, even I, as retarded as I am, understood what was meant. It doesn’t change the fact I was/am right, though. No big deal.

thebluemidget1 said in January 26th, 2010 at 2:09 pm

@lazur1

As “A” increases, “B” decreases, so it’s still LESS than 90 degress, not more than. It doesn’t matter what way you say it, you can’t just change the rules of geomerty like that.

Peter9761 said in January 26th, 2010 at 3:40 pm

Lol

Yes,and his mothers genes too…you silly turd.

Peter9761 said in January 26th, 2010 at 3:41 pm

Wait,unless you think Jr is a clone?? Hahaha

thebluemidget1 said in January 26th, 2010 at 4:05 pm

@Peter9761

That doesn’t make any sense.

lazur1 said in January 26th, 2010 at 7:31 pm

Let me clarify: A/ -I- am measuring:The -distance-, (in degrees), Oliva can flex. The zero point, (no flexion), is a locked elbow. /// B/ -You- are measuring the angle formed at full flexion: A locked elbow would be c180. As range of motion(A) increases, the angle formed (B) decreases. Thus, 120deg of flexion (A) leaves us w/an angle (B) of 60.

lazur1 said in January 26th, 2010 at 7:37 pm

I understand the possiblity of a language issue. On that basis, we’re dealing with the difference betwen bending the arm 120 degrees, (distance of travel), & bending the arm -to- 120 degrees,(angle formed).

lazur1 said in January 26th, 2010 at 7:46 pm

Peter has a point: The genetic characteristics one passes on to off-spring can be different enough from their own characteristics that the saying.”He doesn’t have his father’s genes”, (characteristics), is a fair difference from saying: “He doesn’t have his father’s DNA”, (which, of course, he does).

lazur1 said in January 27th, 2010 at 2:02 am

A,(the?),major factor is one’s unchangeable structure. An individual may respond like gangbusters to training & to drugs, but if his inborn proportions aren’t what the industry is looking for, elite status is forever unobtainable. The best example may be the late Mentzer Brothers, both heavily muscled, defined, exceptionally proportioned. Yet the gap between Mike & Ray’s competitive success was HUGE, largely due to Ray’s legs being shorter, & his torso longer than the favored proportions .

thebluemidget1 said in January 27th, 2010 at 10:16 am

@lazur1

But what peter said was that he doesn’t have his Father’s genes. Of course he does. You always get your Father and Mother’s genes, no matter what and he said he doesn’t have his Father’s genes.

There is no escaping that he said that and of course that is wrong.

Peter9761 said in January 29th, 2010 at 1:13 pm

What i of course meant (obviously) is that Jr does not have all of his fathers good genes for bodybuilding.

If he did,he too would have tiny hips and great lats.

MrBrunothedog said in January 30th, 2010 at 12:18 pm

LoL His biceps r tinny…..I just LOL’d when he flexed, also he need to work on his pecs….
