Just a thought on that 1:34 comment, he needs a “belly” on those triceps like a 10 pound large mouth bass. Sometimes, it just don’t happen……genetics, over-training, age, who knows.

carbs before 2pm, sex before 7pm and you’ll be fine – lots of jacket po’s and pasta – i’m looking after my man who has recently decided to take up bodybuilding -he’s 5′10 and 18 stone so he’s quite a big boy – i have to give him all the correct diest and everything – he loves it and so do i – no steroids involved\!!! k xxx

just feed your muscle of lots of protein
ex. if your wight is 175 pounds take 175grms of protein every day….thats what i do now i gain
muscle…

without using steroid…

… 175grms! :O your body can only synthesise on average 20grms of protein every 2 hours. it’s recommended for people doing high intensity sports (bodybuilding etc.) to eat around 50-60grms of protein a day, depending on your weight. you’re wasting money taking on much more than that

Lol, it looks like we have a general nutritionist here :)
Yeah dude, I know nutritionists say you need 50-60grams a day, but thats for an average sized person who is trying to avoid muscular catabolism. I PROMISE that you cant become a BB eating 60grams of Protein a day. Instead of writting an essay, take my word for it, bb needs .7 to 1.5grams of protein per lbs you weigh. I have a BS in exercise physiology, I am a competitve powerlifter, and am a NASM certified personal trainer. TRUST ME!
