It’s impossible to “fill in” your upper pecs. Like all pairs of muscles in the body, their position relative to each individual side is genetically determined, just like one’s height or one’s bone structure is genetically determined.

hey when did you actually start getting into body building and working out regularly?

Issue is its pretty much only the US army that trains like this. The Uk lads dont bulk out and go for stamina etc.

The con of body building such big muscles is that your flexibility will suck.

madmike4898 said in October 26th, 2008 at 6:56 pm

0:46 lol this is a bit too muscular

dirus08 said in October 26th, 2008 at 11:37 pm

for his size

SandyRoxMySox said in October 28th, 2008 at 5:55 am

That’s got to be one of the biggest myths going around about Bodybuilding. Those really muscular guys are pretty darn flexible. Many can do the splits both ways. Many can touch far below their toes with straight legs. Many can have their elbows touch each other from behind their heads etc etc. Muscle does NOT impair flexibility.

Many gymnasts could also compete successfully as bodybuilders. Good point.

i play football im a defensive end and im trying to get stronger so i can start next season im 15 i weigh 160 and 5′10. i bench 175, i do 50 push ups in the morning and night what other home workouts could i do for my arms

johnnyrapist23 said in October 29th, 2008 at 5:22 am

no but it impairs how far you can move parts of your body. for example,i can touch my left shoulder with my left hand quite easily, but someone with alot of muscle on there arm would struggle or not be able to at all. there would be too much muscle in the way

This guys inspire me, everytime I need inspiration I look at this, for any type of training, no matter is it condition or strength training, they are beasts and crazy! I am trying to build up muscles but with condition trainings so I can be beast which can runn, climb, jump, hit, crush… Thx for all the best for inspiration!
(P.S. I am also training muay thai but want to mix it with Ground and Pound and wrestling so I need to have body mass builded in a way to be able to spinn, rotate, jump..)

We have a heavy shooting schedule for the next several days and will be releasing a number of new DVDs in early November. As a result we won’t be able to deal with comments in a timely manner. So we’re temporarily disabling comments on several dozen of our clips. We will resume allowing comments with approval in November as our schedule permits. In the meantime we will be adding new clips to the channel.
