i wouldnt put my hands ontop of the ball like that id rather squeeze the sides, its harder and gives a way better workout. plus you get a major squeeze and fullness in the chest after a few sets

im about 185-190 5foot11 22years old.
in real good shape too but i try to change my workouts every 2 weeks or so.. so having another like the 5×5 thrown in there and im sure ill benefit from it. can it be dont with any excercise??

Might I add.
You CANNOT define a muscle. You can make it seem defined by low body fat but thats it, no toning, no deffining. Just cut or bulk.

I really dont understand how this workout plans works…how come u have triceps, chest and shoulders right after each other? dont u need to rest triceps for chest day? and same for shoulders?

id modify it so its chest shoulder triceps, big muscles to isolated ones is nicer, im thinking it was meant to be in the triceps chest shoulders order, but altering works

ermmm..in my opinion, the workouts are not bad. But the main issue is ur metabolism rate. U can’t workout 6days a week manz. It will alter ur metabolism rate when u stop working out. U’ll become fat coz ur body cannot burn fats by not working out. 3 days aweek is juz nice. 6days a week is faster to grow muscles but i think 3 days aweek is more worth it, eventhou it takes longer preiod.
